West Bengal: The police from the  Murshidabad district has arrested five persons in their connection with the seized arms and ammunition as per stated by police. 

Mukesh, the Superintendent of police as per the sources news said 'The police arrested a man from Sagardighi area of the district yesterday and seized some firearms from his possession.'

The SP said 'On the basis of the information provided by the arrested man, the police raided some places in Khargram, Kandi and Lalbagh area of the district yesterday and seized 50 rounds of ammunition, 24 firearms including rifles and revolvers'
