For Diwali 2017, Flipkart has announced a favorite -four day sale to offer up to 90 per cent discount on selected products. Flip kart will start its 'Big Diwali Sale' on October 14, 2017 to October 17 2017, the e-commerce company said on its website - flipkart.com. Customers making purchases on the Flipkart network using HDFC Bank debit and credit cards within the four-day sale period would get an immediate discount of 10 per cen.

The discounts under the Flipkart Big Diwali Sale will be cover the all categories including home appliances, mobile phones, electronics, clothing and furniture. "Best time for home makeover...40-80 per cent off on home & furniture," Flipkart - India's leading e-commerce company - said in one of the banners on its official website.

Flipkart is also presenting a 'No Cost EMI' option to buy products during the festive sale on more than 4 lakh products, according to the Flipkart website. Flipkart offers a no-cost EMI facility to facilitate its customers to buy a product at zero interest.

Flipkart said on Thursday that it would invest $500 million in PhonePe to scale up operations of its payments arm. The loyalty is in addition to the $75 million infused by Flipkart in PhonePe since the getting hold of in 2015, Flipkart said.
