The fans were eagerly waiting for the clash between UFC star Conor McGregor and the former five-division boxing champion Floyd Mayweather and now there is wait is over as the battle between the duo is scheduled to take place on August 26.

Through posting on their Social Media account the duo has confirmed the news as well. Mayweather posted to Instagram saying "It's official!".While, McGregor on Twitter said "THE FIGHT IS ON," 

On Tuesday the  Nevada Athletic Commission approved a request from Mayweather Promotions to host a fight at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on 26 August.

It will be exciting to see both of them in a match but still, fans have to wait for it for more than a month.
