The celebration of Yoga Day has motivated lots of people to imbue the practice in their daily life routine. As now you are planning to do Yoga, you should know that what you can eat before or after performing Yoga. Many people are confused about it and might be possible that they are swalloing something wrong at this time and instead of improving they are ruining their health.

As per doctor advice, we are suggesting some beneficial food items that you can take:

Do not practice Yoga with a full stomach

Yoga with a full stomach can result in cramps, nausea, or vomiting. Mainly at the time of bending exercise in which you stretch or twist stomach. Digestion also gulp a lot of energy so it can make you tired and lazy. At the time of Yoga, you should also avoid drinking water.

Foods that you can swill down before Yoga

The allowed foods before yoga include taking something energetic like banana and nuts before an hour or half. You can also take some other energetic snacks but caffeine, fatty and greasy food should be avoided.

After Yoga

Our body gets tired out after doing exercise so after-meal should be energetic, full of protein, carbohydrates, proteins and other important minerals. You can add paneer, lots of vegetables, quinoa and something of Besan aliment to your nutriment list. Non- vegetarians can have eggs, fruits, plain roti and a glass of milk.

So, without any hurdle and without any tension start your day with proper routine and food.
