Ford, a US auto manufacturer, has recently revealed the engine in the Facelift version of Ecosport, giving information about a new offer. In this new engine, the company has installed aluminum block and cylinder head, which can reduce the weight of the car. Also, it is better for modern cars. Ecosport facelift engine generates 120 -hHP power and 150 Nm torque of the 1.5-liter Ti-VCT engine. The same 1.5-liter Ti-VCT with the SUV is going to give the three-cylinder petrol engine. 

In today's time cars have more weight because of the engine. It has no effect on its mileage and speed. In this case, the engine in the Facelift version of Ecosport will prove to be better with less weight. Ford claims that this engine produces up to 7 percent less CO2 and also saves the same fuel. 

It has been told that in order to make more power in the car, the company has changed its bore and stroke ratio. Ford bought 80 percent of this new engine from Indian suppliers, which is very low in the price of this engine. Ford will soon launch its updated car Ecosport Facelift in India. 

Ford’s all-new Dragon series of petrol engines will make its Indian debut in the updated EcoSport. Leading the charge will be a 1.5-litre, three-cylinder unit that will be good for about 120hp. A 1.2-litre, three-cylinder motor may also join the ranks for lower variants. The other engine options will include the same 100hp, 1.5-litre diesel engine, and probably the 1.0-litre Ecoboost petrol too.
