A dessert for which you can even die if you are a chocolate lover. Chocolate Mousse is everyone's all-time favourite dessert made with just five simple ingredients!
If you can make this amazing dish at home than why to go to the market and spend too much of money?
Here are the easy steps to make your Chocolate Mousse at you home.

Ingredients:
4 egg yolks
1/4 cup sugar
2 & half cup whipping (heavy) cream
1 package (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips (1 cup)

Preparation: 10 minutes

Steps:
1.) Beat egg yolks with a hand mixer on high speed for three minutes until it gets thick and lemon in colour. Gradually beat in sugar.

2.) Now heat 1 cup cream over medium heat until hot. Add egg yolk mixture to the hot cream and stir it and get it back in the saucepan again.

3.) Cook the mixture over low heat about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until it gets thick (do not boil).

4.) Stir in chocolate chips until they get melted and cover the bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.

3.) Now beat 1& 1/2 cups of cream in chilled bowl with a hand mixer until stiff. Add chocolate mixture to it. Serve the mixture into serving bowls. Immediately refrigerate any remaining dessert after serving.
