Tarun Tejpal~ Goa's Mapusa court to pronounce order 

Mapusa (GOA): Tarun Tejpal the former editor of famously known Telhka magazine is set to be resumed today at additional district sessions court at Mapusa in Goa. Tarun Tejpal in November 2013 was accused of sexually assaulting a female colleague in the elevator of a five-star hotel, at an event in Goa.

The court has passed an order under the section 327 (3) barring the media from covering the proceedings until completion of the trial. In June, The goa's Mapusa court has restricted the media from reporting any kind of processing of the rape case.

A FIR was also filed against the 54-year-old Tarun Tajpal and he was asked to step down from his post. On January 17, 2015, the Supreme Court had remained the trial against Tejpal regarding his affirmed part in a rape case for a time of three weeks.
