The most awaited movie of the year, Akshay’ Gold is to release on this Independence Day. This movie all about the patriotism, pride, and dedication of the hockey players who won the Gold medal in Olympic. The fans of Akshay Kumar were eagerly waiting for the movie after the release of the trailer. The trailer got praised by the audience and it enhanced the excitement if fans about the film. Akshay held a special screening for India's hockey players yesterday along with Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag. He appreciated the movie and expressed his amazement and called it a truly inspiring film.

The movie story of the Tapan Das (Akshay Kumar), is a coach to the British Indian Hockey team and has the only dream of winning a gold medal for free India. In the starting of the film, The interesting match between British India and Germany is shown.  The team is Lead by Captain Samrat (Kunal Kapoor), the team dominates the match but that was the time when India was ruled by British. After getting Independence in 1947, Tapan Das and team go through various ups and downs but at least they win the gold medal for free India.

The performance of Akshay Kumar, Mouni Roy, Kunal Kapoor and other actors is brilliant in this film. The one of positive factor for the film is that it is releasing on the Independence Day, therefore, being a patriotic sports drama it is expected that it can do good at box office. It is a good film to watch on this Independence Day.
