The film-maker Rohit Shetty of Golmaal Again has successfully crossed Rs 300 crore mark on the worldwide platform. Ajay’s film has collected a total of Rs 250.05 crore at the box office in India. While the film has earned Rs 46.08 crore in the overseas market. Released during Diwali, Golmaal Again has successfully completed 23 days at box office and the film continues to shine.

Interestingly, Golmaal Again also became the highest Bollywood earner of 2017. Rohit’s horror comedy Golmaal Again was released with 3,500 screens in India. While the film was released with 732 screens in the overseas market on October 20. Golmaal Again release at occasion of Diwali which was the diwali gift for their fans.

’Golmaal Again, which was released during the Diwali weekend, started with a massive opening, by registering Rs 135.93 crore in its first week. In the second week, the film raked in Rs 46.72 crore, while in the third one recorded Rs 14.75 crore. Taking the franchise to another level, Rohit Shetty's Golmaal Again who enter the Rs 200 crore club in India. The film on its fourth Friday earned Rs 50 lakh, taking the total collection figure to Rs 197.9 crore and at the end of Saturday cross 200 crore land mark.

The multi-starrer includes Ajay Devgan, Tabu, Parineeti Chopra, Shreyas Talpade, Tusshar Kapoor, Arshad Warsi, Kunal Kemmu, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Prakash Raj. This is Ajay's fourth film collaboration with Rohit Shetty. The duo have worked together in Singham and Singham 2 as well.
