This fitness freak has been known for the fitness tips that she shares on each Friday. Hence on the 20th of July, Friday, she along with her trainer Peter Lee Thomas, shared a “10×10 Lunch Crunch.”
The duo posted Instagram stories featuring them following their 10-minute, 10 exercises workout plan. The workout plan covered up from pushup punches, lunges and burpees to drop squats, leg kick-ups and mountain climbers. The fitness freaks performed each of the exercise themselves and guided the followers.
Talking about the exercise plan, Halle revealed, “I know many of you may feel like you don’t have enough time to work out…well Peter and I have the answer for you. This is a 10-minute #workout that you can do anywhere, from your office to any small space you might find yourself in.”
