To be healthy, the body needs many types of nutrients. Iron is one of these important nutrients. Iron works to supply oxygen to our entire body. When there is a substantial amount of iron in the body, all the cells are full of energy. If there is a lack of iron in the body, you may experience fatigue, loss of appetite, yellowing of the skin, shortness of breath, headache, irritability, dizziness or anaemia. Today we are going to tell you about some foods that can be consumed by iron deficiency. 

1- Plenty of iron is found in spinach, mustard greens, fenugreek, soybeans, shalgam and green vegetables. Iron deficiency can be accomplished by consuming them daily. 

2- Potato contains plenty of iron, along with fibre, vitamin C, vitamin B1, potassium. If you want to remove the iron deficiency, then include potatoes in your diet. 

3- There is plenty of iron in the mushroom too. Iron deficiency can be accomplished by consuming mushrooms daily. 

4- If you have the iron deficiency, definitely use tomato. Tomatoes contain plenty of iron and vitamin C. Iron is reduced in raw tomatoes. Therefore, always eat the red tomato.
