Get ready mango lovers!
Summer is about to come and we know how much you love the king of fruits. Sweet, yummy, juicy mango has its own different types but we know how health conscious you are.
So we have come up with a low-fat aam ras smoothie for you. You can have this smoothie for your breakfast and get glowing skin and slim tummy as well.

Ingredients:
3 mangoes
1/2 cup milk (low fat)
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder/
elaichi
Sugar to adjust the sweetness (If needed)
Ice cubes

Method:

  1. Peel and chop the three mangoes into pieces (Try to take out maximum pulp).
  2. Take the pulp in the blender and blend everything (milk, cardamom, and sugar) together till it becomes creamy (like smoothie or lassi).
  3. Filter the whole mixture.
  4. Refrigerate at least 4 hours and then serve cold.

Important Tips:

  • Always soak mangoes in water for at least 1 hour before use. This helps to eliminate the heat content from the mangoes.
  • You will need to adjust the sugar depending on the taste of the mangoes.
  • Even adjust milk as per the consistency you prefer.
  • Using cardamom is optional.
  • You can also garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios before serving.​
