Jason Holder, the West Indies captain post defeat in the opening Test of the three-match series against England has called on each of his teammates.
England crushed West Indies by an innings and 209 runs in their inaugural day/night Test at the Edgbaston Cricket Ground on Saturday.
Holder said, "We can't dwell on it, we have to critique each performance of each player, and look at ways we can move forward. But each player has to look himself in the mirror and see where they can improve."
"It's obviously very disappointing, we didn't show enough fight. We were totally outplayed," he said.
