Everyone baths at the beginning of the day, but at night very few people bath. Do you know that bathing before bedtime gives a lot of benefits to the body. 3- Every night before bedtime, bathing with cold water accelerates blood flow in the body. Which is very beneficial for the heart. Besides, bathing with cold water prevents the body from getting sick and the body's immunity power becomes stronger. 

4- If you want to reduce your weight, then use more cold water for bathing. By doing this the body's calories will burn and the weight will be reduced easily.
