Since the ban on the screening of the Malayalam film 'S Durga' in the Indian International Film Festival Goa, the controversy over the film has continued till now. IFFI screened the film at 6 o'clock on Monday. The screening of the film included 10 members Jury Members. IFFI has sent its report to the government after watching the film.

After watching the movie, IFFI Chairperson Rahul Rawail said, "We have seen the film 'S Durga'. The jury has forwarded its report to the Ministry of Information. He will now decide whether the film will be screened or not. ' Let me tell you, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting had barred the screening of the film 'S Durga' from the list of films to be screened at this festival. There have been many disputes since then. Not only this, due to this controversy, film director Sujoy Ghosh, IFFI had resigned from the post of IFFI.

Along with S Durga, Marathi film 'Nude' was also removed from the list. After this, Kerala High Court also ordered the film S. Durga to be shown in IFFI. While praising the High Court verdict, director of the film Sunal Kumar Shashidharan also said that "the court order is a victory of" cinema and democracy ". The court's decision has welcomed many jurors of Indian Panorama and the Kerala Film Industry.
