The favourite photo sharing website Instagram has stated functioning again as it stopped working for 40 minitues. Million of the people were unable to see pictures or profiles of their followers.Insta Users are in its place greeted with empty profiles and a message that the one of the much-liked app "cannot refresh feed".

When users clicked to see Insta profiles then the web version of the app  pop up a messege which read "5xx Server Error".

The problems appear amid a difficult time for Instagram officials as the company's two founders said good bye in recent days amid rumours rift that it opposed with Facebook over how the company should be function. And post the social giant Facebook hack was revealed over the weekend, it appered that Instagram users accounts might also have been breached if they had used their Facebook log-in to make their Instagram account.

It's not thought that those issues have anything to do with the current outage, which is almost certainly simply a technical fault. Instagram goes down for time-to-time and can send major swells across the internet, since more than a billion people use it each month.

Worth mention here 50 milllions facebook accounts were harvested by hackers last week. Following the outrage, Twitter flooded with memes.
