In absence of Virat Kohli and AB De Villiers, Shane Watson will lead Royal Challengers Bangalore

The former Australian all-rounder player Shane Watson will be the interim captain of Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Indian Premier League 2017 as Indian Captain Virat Kohli will not be seen on the field because of a shoulder injury.

Now the AB De Villiers has also been ruled out because of the problem in his back. KL Rahul has been already ruled out of IPL 2017 due to the shoulder injury which needed surgery. 

So now at the opening match on April 5  against the Sunrisers Hyderabad Shane Watson will be doing the captaincy of the team.
