A research in Los Angeles has found that more use of smartphones and tablets can cause children to complain about insomnia. Also, spending more than two hours on these things during the day can cause problems for not sleeping. According to most experts associated with this topic, sleep less than seven hours is considered inadequate. 

Survey researchers who surveyed 3.5 lakh teenagers. Two surveys of more than 3,60,000 teenagers surveyed. Among them were researchers from San Diego State University. In the study published in the journal 'Sleep Medicine', it has also been found that the more teenagers they spend online, the less sleep they can get.

It has also been found in the study that over 20% of children have come under arrest. He is spending a lot of time with his parents. The teachers involved in the survey said that children included in them were sent to pornographic photographs. The physical and mental development of children is being affected due to excessive use of technology and lack of equality in physical activity.

The study found few differences in the way students used and relied on digital technology in different countries, despite those countries’ huge differences in economic development, culture and political governance.

It concludes that most college students, whether in developed or developing countries, are strikingly similar in how they use media and how 'addicted' they are to it.
