here are 3 yoga asanas that will help you look young and bright :


1.Simhasana: 
Simhasana is nothing but forming the pose of a lion sticking the tongue out. It is believed to improve the blood circulation of the face and hence. It also gives more power to your eyes. The aasana helps in removing diseases as well.

2.Matsyasana:
The pose is that of a fish lying down on the floor. It helps in improving the body posture and the gut diseases. It helps prevent crooked backbone and saggy body.


3.Dhanurasana:
 Lie down on the ground with your legs apart and hand relaxed. Slowly take your hands backwards and hold the ankles tightly, lift your neck and nose a little, breathe deeply. This will form a pose of ‘bow’. Leave your body slowly and let it relax on the ground in the same manner. Repeat the steps
