 1. trikonasana
This aasan will help you lose the extra amount of fat on your belly. Spread your legs, making some space between them. Now take your right hand and bend towards the right leg touching it. Make sure your back is straight. Take the left hand high up in the air. Make a triangle with your leg, hand and upper body. Repeat the steps with the other half of your body as well.


2.Dhanurasana
 Lie down on the ground with your legs apart and hand relaxed. Slowly take your hands backwards and hold the ankles tightly, lift your neck and nose a little, breathe deeply. This will form a pose of ‘bow’. Leave your body slowly and let it relax on the ground in the same manner. Repeat the steps.


3.parivritta sukhasana
Sit on the ground with your legs stretched, now move your legs in a crossed position and fix it. Sit straight with your hands' side by your hips and the spinal cord should be erect. Then fix one hand on the ground and move your upper body along with the neck and exhale, repeat the same steps on the other side too.
