Most of the people happen to be at dis ease when it comes to stomach problems. People suffer from stomach aches and find it difficult in passing the motion.
Constipation is a serious problem and it can happen to anyone. When you can’t pass the motion completely or less than 3 times a week and if this continues for straight three months then you’re definitely suffering from constipation.
People can’t get rid of it. Indian peers suggest some churan and all, going to doctors also doesn't help sometimes. The best remedies are natural remedies.

Here is a list of aasans that will help you get rid of constipation:


1. Bhujangasana

start by Lying down on your stomach and relax. Touch the knees together while laying down. Keep your palms facing on the ground, keep them near the chest. Take deep breaths and lift your body up on the balance of your hands.
Hold the breath for 10 seconds and them come back to the original pose and relax. Do this thrice.

 

2. Ardha Matsyendra Asana


Start by Sitting straight with the legs stretched in front. keep the right leg down and bring the left one to the right buttock. Maintain the pose of the upper body like the starting. Exhale and turn the upper body in the right direction. Keep your hands on the ground and breathe for minimum 10 seconds. Repeat the step with the other leg too. 

 

3. Paschimottanasana

start with Sitting straight with the spine erect. Stretch out the legs, while keeping the feet straight and toes pointing upwards.
Take in the air through the nose while you stretch the arms above your head.keep your body erect. Exhale the air through your nose and bring the hands back to the toes.
