A two-day meeting of the National Executive of Janata Dal (United), running with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Bihar, will be held in Delhi on 7th and 8th July. In this meeting, the further politics of the party will be decided. This meeting, which is before the Lok Sabha elections, is being considered as very important.

Party General Secretary K.C. Tyagi told Saturday that the party president and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will arrive in Delhi on July 7 and will meet senior party members, and will then take part in the National Executive meeting on July 8.

Tyagi said that in the meeting, other states will be contemplated on the expansion of the party and the current political and economic situation. Tyagi said that the discussion on the Lok Sabha elections in the meeting is not included in the agenda of the National Executive, but it will definitely be discussed in the meeting on the assembly elections held in many states this year.

Sources say that the Lok Sabha elections have not been included in the agenda, but the current political situation will be discussed in this context. In this meeting, there will be about 100 leaders of the executive, along with party office bearers, state presidents. In the meeting, there is a possibility of further consideration of the strategy for demanding special state status for Bihar. In recent times JD (U) has once again become assertive about its old demand.
