Abhishek Varman's directorial titled Kalank now a day has been talk of the town and getting headlines all the time. The film has star cast such as Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Sanjay Dutt, Madhuri Dixit, Aditya Roy Kapur and Sonakshi Sinha.

Along with them, the film also has Kriti Sanon and Kunal Kemmu in crucial roles.

 Now as per new reports from Mumbai Mirror, television's famous actor Hiten Tejwani is to star as a part of the period film. The actor will begin shooting for the big screen by the end of the month in the city.

Speaking about Hiten, the  sources of Pink villa  quoted , "Hiten’s character Ahmed shares screen space with Sanjay, Aditya and Alia. He is a trusted employee in a company owned by Sanjay’s character where he also interacts with Aditya and Alia. His portions are expected to wrap up by December."

 Prior to Kalank, Hiten performed brief roles in the movies like Joggers Park, Krishna Cottage, Anwar, Entertainment, Thoda Lutf Thoda Ishq, Love Games, Shorgul and Saansein.

 Hiten has been a household name in the telly world for almost two decades. He acted in a number of times in Ekta Kapoor's shows like Ghar Ek Mandir, Kutumb, Kabhii Sautan Kabhii Sahelii, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi to name a few.

 Kalank is all set to hit the silver screens on April 19, 2019.
