New Delhi [India], Feb 15: No doubt King of comedian and Bollywood actor Kapil Sharma delighted us all when he announced his comeback TV reportedly titled 'Family Time with Kapil Sharma'. The new show will have almost the same cast except for Sunil Grover. Kiku Sharda and Chandan Prabhakar will be a part of the show but it is not clear if Ali Asgar is on board.

However, it seems that things aren't going too well for the comedian-turned-actor Kapil Sharma. As per the latest reports, the Independent Students Federation has filed a complaint against Kapil for not fit to traffic rules. According to the report, which says that the president of the Federation, Keshav Kohli alleges Kapil was not adhering to the speed limit while riding a bike. The star comedian was on his way to Amritsar.

The report further added that Keshav filed a complaint against Kapil at the police station and also argued that it was abhorrent to see Kapil, a native of Amritsar, to not adhere to traffic rules. A video of Kapil went viral which featured the comedian riding a bike and talking about his experience of growing up in the city. It is after this video, that the case originated. Furthermore, the actor is accused of not wearing a helmet for safety.
