The Supreme Court will decide on today that who will be there in Delhi, the Kejriwal government or the Lt Governor in the central government. The court's decision will arrive at 10.30 in the morning. In the case of Delhi Government vs. Deputy Governor, 11 petitions were filed in the Supreme Court. On December 6, 2017, the Constitutional Bench of five judges had reserved the verdict. 

In fact, Delhi's Kejriwal government has challenged the order of August 4, 2016, of the High Court, in which the Deputy Governor was termed as the administrative head, he was told that he is not obliged to consult and help the Cabinet. Appeal plea has been requested to clarify the rights of the elected government and the governor of Delhi. 

The constitutional arrangement of Delhi appears to be sloping in favour of the Deputy Governor. The court said that the Constitutional Act 239AA is different in relation to Delhi. It seems that unlike other Union Territories, the Deputy Governor gets more powers.

The Court's remarks were made by the Constitutional Bench of five judges. The bench includes Chief Justice Deepak Mishra, Justice AK Sikri, Justice AM Khanvilkar, Justice DC Chandrachud and Justice Ashok Bhushan. 

On behalf of the Delhi Government, senior advocates Gopal Subramaniam, P. Chidambaram, Rajiv Dhawan, Indira Jaysingh and Shekhar Nafde had argued, while the central government had given the party the position of Additional Solicitor General Maninder Singh.

Now, it is up to the supreme court about the decision of Delhi government. The Arvind Kejriwal's eight days of the strike at Lt Governor Anil Baijal's office is being considered as the aversion between the two.
