On the occasion of Navaratri, most people eat sweets from the market, but instead you can easily eat fresh and healthy sweets at home. If you are planning to make sweets at home on the occasion of9 days fasting, then today we have come with the recipe of saffron mix peda for you. You can serve it even in front of your guests. It is easy to make as well as it is delicious.Let's know the recipes for making saffron peas.

Material:

Saffron-1/2 tbsps, Khoya -4 cups, milk- 8 tsp, sugar-1/2 cup, cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp

Method-

1- To make saffron peda, first add half teaspoon saffron and 8 tablespoons of milk in a small bowl.

2- Now heat a non stick pan by adding 4 cups Khoya. Now cook it for 7 to 8 minutes, stirring constantly on low flame.

3- Now add half a cup of sugar in it and cook for 2 minutes on a low flame. Now extract the mixture well in the plate and spread it well.

4- Cover it with a lid and keep it aside for a whole day. Now cook baked and mix half a teaspoon of cardamom powder in a mixture of saffron milk and mix it.

5- Now divide this mixture into small pieces and make round shape of peda one by one with palms.

6- your saffron peda ready to serve. Now store it in an air tight container.
