Ingredients of Lemon Shrimp with Zucchini and Garlic

8 zucchini

1 teaspoon lemon juice

black pepper as required

salt as required

2 tablespoon virgin olive oil

3 tablespoon chopped parsley

2 1/2 teaspoon lime zest

800 gm deveined & tails left intact shrimps

4 cloves garlic

How to make Lemon Shrimp with Zucchini and Garlic

Step 1

To begin with, take zucchini and wash them under running water. Once done, slice them into round shape and sprinkle salt on it. Keep aside until further use.

Step 2

Next, place a pan on medium flame and put butter in it. Allow it to melt. Turn the flame to medium-low in order to prevent the butter from burning. Once done, immediately transfer the butter to a bowl, add minced garlic and keep warm.

Step 3

Now take shrimps and pat them dry with paper towels. Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle salt and pepper according to your taste. Then, place a pan on medium flame, add oil and stir-fry shrimps until they turn pink. Your last step would be to add zucchini round slices. Cook until tender.
