Let's serve Paneer Bhurji in breakfast


100 grams of coriander (finely chopped), 500 gram fresh paneer, 200 grams of onion (chopped), 10 grams of ginger, 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies, A pinch ful of turmeric, 250 grams chopped tomatoes, Half a teaspoon of required ghee

Method :

Crumble paneer in a large vessel. Now take ginger and cheese in different vessel and cut it finely. Put a frying pan on the gas, add ghee to it.

When the ghee becomes warm, add finely chopped onion and roast until it turns brown. Now add tomatoes, ginger, green chillies and roast for some time.

After that, add tomatoes, turmeric and salt, roast until the tomatoes are properly cooked. Now finally put the grated cottage cheese and cook the entire mixture well.

After cooking for 10 minutes in a low flame, decorate it with green coriander leaves. Serve hot.
