PM Modi inaugurated two-day global acme UP Investors Summit 2018. PM is accompanied with CM Yogi Adityanath, governor Ram Naik and the industrial development minister.

Yogi-led-Uttar Pradesh government has formulated industrial policy to create a center of attention for investment in the largest state of India after reviewing policies of various states.

N Chandrasekharan from TATA group addressed the crowd and assured UP to register “holistic presence”.

It is a great privilege to be here. The growth of UP will ensure that India reaches its ambition set by PM Modi. TATA has a holistic presence in the state. TATA motors, TCS are present in the state. Want to participate in the growth of the state in multiple sectors including real estate, infrastructure and digital. TCS will continue to make it presence in Lucknow very strong. TCS will also soon operate in Varanasi, said N Chandrasekharan  TATA  CEO.

The focus of the summit is on the major sectors like farming, dairy, information technology, civil aviation, tourism, electronics, MSME, and renewable energy. This summit is expected to get investment, apart from that sectors like logistics, textiles and garments will also get investment.
