Earlier, a girl was raped in Madarsa in the district Ghaziabad. After which the accused was referred as a minor and sent to the Child correction home. But now according to the reports, it has been revealed in the investigation of the crime branch that there is a signal that the minor arrested by the Ghazipur police station is an adult. It is clear from this declaration that local police has taken the matter much lightly.

According to the information, Crime Branch has received the accused's ossification test report. The police will present this report of the accused on the Juvenile Justice Board. It is evident from the fact that the accused is not a minor and an adult. The victim has told that she was no having any friendly relationship with the rape accused. She was taken away to the madrasa after being sedated and imprisoned in the name of her friend. The victim appealed that the accused should be sentenced to death.

As per the reports, the victim told that she was with her brother at home and on that day her mother went to the office after feeding her and her brother. At the same time, the accused called her, in which he called her outside the house and then took her with some excuse and carried out the whole incident.
