Even though Mahesh Babu was apprehensive about playing a college-goer in his 2015 film Srimanthudu, his performance was well-received. Now, the actor is all set to slip into a similar role for his forthcoming film directed by Vamshi Paidipally. Mahesh will be seen playing a college-goer in one episode, which the director wants to shoot on a grand scale.
“After the super success of Srimanthudu, Mahesh was satisfied with his portrayal as a student. He is all set to recreate that magic,” a source reveals. The film will go on floors soon. Actress Pooja Hegde has been signed as the female lead.
