Today's First recipe:  Piyush

This drink, taken from Maharashtra Pak style, is a delightful drink to have in the days of festivals.

#Ingredients:

2 cups saffron shrikhand
2 table-spoon sugars
3 cups fresh buttermilk
A pinch of cardamom powder
A pinch nutmeg powder

#To decorate: 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios A little saffron

#Method:

1. Take a bowl, put shrikhand, buttermilk, sugar, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder and mix well.

2. Put it in the fridge for 2 hours.

3. Now serve cold by decorating with pistachios and saffron.

Today's second recipe: Saffron-Almond syrup

We will tell you the recipe of saffron-almond syrup which will be very tasty in drinking. Almond is beneficial for both the brain and the body, why not try to taste it as syrup.

#Ingredients:

Almond- 3 cups (soak all night)
Sugar-one and a half kilograms
Water - 5 cups
Saffron (dissolved in water) 
Potassium Meta Bi Sulfite - 1/4 Spoon
Citric acid - a pinch
Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon

#Method:

1. Boil sugar, water, citric acid on high flame. Turn off the gas.

2. Grind almonds into a mixer.

3. Now add powdered almonds, dissolved saffron and cardamom and then turn on the gas.

4. Boil it twice and then turn off the gas. Filter this, when the juice gets cool, add potassium meta bi sulfite and fill it in the bottle.

5. Use directly with milk or plain water.
