Here we have a new recipe which you can make easily at home.

Necessary ingredients:
For Dhokla:

Gram flour - 01 cups,
Rawa - 01 cups,
Water- 1/2 cup,
Yogurt Curd - 200 gms,
Turmeric powder - 01 pinch,
Eno powder - 01 teaspoons,
Salt - according to taste

For Tadka:
Oil - 01 teaspoons,
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoons,
Green chilli -03 (cut in length),
Sugar - 01 teaspoons,
Lemon juice - 01 teaspoon,
Curry leaves - 10-12 nos.
Coconut - 01 teaspoons (grated),
Salt - according to taste

Method of making Besan Dhokla:
First mix semolina, gram flour, curd, turmeric, salt in water and mix well. Mix it well in such a way that no lumps remain.

Take 2 glasses of water in the cooker. Put a stand on top of it. Warm water. After this, put oil on the upper surface of a plate to make it smooth.

Now add the Eno in the prepared mixture and mix it well once again and keep it on the plate and put it on the stand. Now allow the cooker to be closed and put on a light flame for 20 minutes. Be careful not to whistle in the cooker.

Turn off the gas after 20 minutes. When the cooker cools, open it and keep it out and let it cool down. With the help of a knife, separate the and reverse it in another vessel and cut it in your desired shape.

Heat oil in a small pan. When heated, add mustard seeds and fry it. After that add green chillies and also fry them. After this, add half a cup of water to it and also add curry leaves, salt and sugar. Allow it to cook till boil.

Turn off the gas after boiling. Immediately after that, put the lemon on top and spread the mixture over the prepared crystals. Sprinkle grated coconut as well.

Besan Dhokla is now ready for your sesame seeds. Remove it in the plate and serve it with the desired chutney.
