New Delhi: A man was arrested after a live bullet was found from his possession when he went to visit Delhi Chief Minister and AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal at his residence in the national capital New Delhi.

The man is recognized as Imran. He was booked under the Arms Act after the bullet was held from him during the security check-up at Kejriwal's dwelling yesterday morning. He was one of the Muslim clerics who had visited to the chief minister's home with a request to raise the salary by Waqf Board, as reported the news agency ANI.

Accused Imran told police that he found the bullet in the "donation of a mosque" and he kept it in his wallet and afterward forgot about it. The police at present are investigating the issue.

The episode shortly held  after Delhi CM was attacked with chilli powder on the third floor of the Delhi Secretariat. Worth mention here on November 27, the attacker, a 40-year-old Anil Kumar Sharma approached Kejriwal as he waited in the Delhi Secretariat building for a lift to open.

Within few moments, he throws chilli powder on CM Kejriwal, even as those accompanying the CM put effort to stop him.

Subsequent to the incident, Aam Aadmi Party stoked a huge storm, for comparing the attack on  CM Kejriwal to Mahatma Gandhi's killing.
