Mandsaur  [India], Jul 11 (NT): In connection with the gangrape crossing the limits of a minor girl in Mandsaur in Madhya Pradesh, the police completed the inquiry within 15 days and filed a charge sheet before the court. Police said that the charge sheet has been filed and 100 evidence have been recorded along with 92 witnesses against both the accused.

Meanwhile, the condition of the victim child remains stable in the MY Hospital of Indore and the doctors said that she is out of danger now. However, on Monday, the victim's father had alleged that despite the assurances of the top administrative officials, her family members were forced out of the hospital.

City Superintendent Rakesh Mohan Shukla, who led SIT to investigate the matter, said that the two accused filed charge sheet under sections 363, 376 (2) and 307 of IPC and sections 5 and 6 of the POCSO Act has gone. He said that chargesheet of 500 pages has been filed in the Mandsaur gang-rape case. The police have presented this charge sheet in the Additional District and Sessions Judge,

On March 26, 2018, in Mandsaur, two unaware persons caught a girl in school studying in the second class, waiting for father outside the school and took her in the forests. The accused seduced the child by feeding the laddoos. After taking her into the forest, the two accused gang-raped the girl with brutality. After the gangrape, the two accused crossed the limits and threw her into the bushes near the school thinking she is dead.

The next day the girl was found in grave condition in the bushes, after which the wave of indignation raged across the country and people came to the streets demanding the death penalty for the raped convicts. With the help of CCTV footage, the police caught the first accused named Irfan on June 27.
