The Meizu 16 and Meizu 16 Plus smartphones have been launched in China. These handsets are upgraded versions of Meizu 15 and Meizu 15 Plus, launched in April. The price of these smartphones starts at 2,698 Chinese yuan (around 27,100 rupees). New smartphones come with 18: 9 display panel, Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor and 8 GB RAM. These phones of Meizu have also provided an in-display fingerprint sensor, which claims 99.12 percent of the recognition rate. The Meizu 16 and Meizu 16 Plus handsets will come with mEngine 2.0, inspired by the Apple's taptic engine. Meizu 16 and Meizu 16 plus 256 GB comes with storage.
 
Price of Meizu 16 and Meizu 16 Plus

In the Chinese market, Meizu 16's 6 GB RAM and 64 GB storage variants will be sold in 2,698 Chinese yuan (around 27,100 rupees). The price of 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variant is 2,998 Chinese yuan (around Rs 30,100). Meizu 16 handsets with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage will sell for 3,298 Chinese yuan (around 33,100 rupees).

On the other hand, Meizu 16 Plus's 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variants are priced at 3,198 Chinese yuan (about 31,400 rupees). Its 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variants will be sold in 3,498 Chinese yuan (around 35,100 rupees). In Chinese market, Meizu 16 Plus 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage variant will be sold for 3,998 Chinese yuan (around Rs 40,100). At the moment, it is not clear whether these Meizu's smartphones will be brought to India or not.
