In north Delhi's Kashmere Gate area a 22-year-old mentally challenged woman was allegedly raped by a man on the pretext of giving food, as per said by police.
The police as per the sources news said 'The woman could not inform anyone about the incident but a rickshaw-puller got to know about it and informed the police, following which the accused Rahul was arrested'
The accused works at a shop nearby. He tried to escape from the area when police reached his shop along with the rickshaw-puller but were nabbed, they said.
