Crimes against the pre-teenagers have been rising at an alarming rate.

Talking about a recent incident, a video of a middle-aged man trying to touch a young girl inappropriately went viral on the web. The man was in a queue when he started touching a girl standing next to him, in an offensive manner. Soon he realized that a woman noticed him committing the obscene act. The lady then took the girl behind her. On realizing that his act has been recorded in the cameras, the man quickly left the place.

The video has left everyone in great shock.

The police commissioner of Hooghly’s Chandannagar - Ajay Kumar, informed that after watching the video, the police is trying to identify the culprit. He also assured that the accused would soon be caught and sincere actions would be taken against him.

A similar incident took place in a bus when a man started masturbating in public, just at the sight of two girls.

The girls captured his act in a video, which also went viral.

According to the analysis done by the organisation, CRY[Child Rights and You], crimes against minors are most common in states like West Bengal, Delhi, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.
