On Tuesday, a  16 years old construction worker was arrested by the police for sexually using a minor girl. The misfortunate event came into limelight when the boy took her to get her pregnancy terminated.

The boy and girl both are residents of Baba Sailani Nagar, Borabanda.
According to the police investigations, the victim is a 10th class student while the offender dropped out from school and started working as a mason.
The relationship was on hold between the two since childhood but things took an intimate turn just a year before. They were sexually active for a long time, the girl told about her pregnancy to the boy and decided to get it terminated in Moosapet.
The staff looked into the matter and came to know both were minors and immediately informed the police. The police came to the location and the  boy was taken into custody and the victim was taken to Bharosa centre for counselling.
After the counselling, the boy was arrested under section 376 and 313 of the protection of children from children from sexual assault act. 

As evidence, the DNA samples of the foetus will be presented in the court.

The girl was sent back home while the court case date has not been scheduled it .
