The victims have freely spoken on the harassment they faced and exposed the many popular celebrities. Now a Twitter user claiming that Mouni Roy was subjected to harassment on the sets of Akshay Kumar starrer Gold.

Recently, 11 Indian women filmmakers including Alankrita Shrivastava, Gauri Shinde, Kiran Rao, Konkona Sen Sharma, Meghna Gulzar, Nandita Das, Nitya Mehra, Reema Kagti, Ruchi Narain, Shonali Bose and Zoya Akhtar pledged to not work with proven offenders. When Konkana Sen posted this message on social media, a Twitter user replied to Konkana’s tweet and wrote that ‘Oh come on with this hypocrisy!! Reema Kagti has herself been known to sexually harassh @Roymouni during Gold movie! The blinds r all over the net! N she is part of this??’

In response to this, actress Mouni Roy who took to Twitter and denied the claims and wrote, ‘I was not harassed on the set of Gold by anyone. Director or otherwise. I wish this maligning would stop as it not only harassing me and Reema Kagti but also taking away from women that have truly been wronged.
