In the age of ruthless competition, huge targets and timelines, anxiety and stress are rapidly taking over the corporate world as a side effect of endless efforts to meet the deadlines.  Though many in the private sector are coping up with this phenomenon by using several methods, thanks to a growing understanding of the benefits related to exercise, yoga and several other physical activities.

You can go fishing or do gardening or read books or play cricket.  Anuj Bajpai, Chief operating officer of digital music platform Hungama has find solace in music. He used to sing in his college days and now he has decided to go back to old timemelodies and to spend some quality time singing songs with fellow musicians. 

“I think that the best friend who can help you fight Job related anxieties is your own hobbies”, Anuj said in an interview. Anuj, who is an avid fan of Kishore Kumar has started his own YouTube channel  “AB’s Cut” to connect with music lovers around the world. His first cover “DilKyaKare” is already getting appreciation on social networking platforms. His friend Rishi, who is also from Hungama is remixing the music.
