After tremendous ton of debutant Prathvi Shaw on the first day of Rajkot test, Now Indian skipper Virat Kohli on Friday hit his 24th Test ton on the 2nd day of the ongoing first Test against West Indies. The Indian captain bothering West Indies bowlers completed his century in 184 deliveries. The Indin Run Machine in his innings hit 6 fours. After this inning the right-handed batsman also completed 3,000 Test runs . Worth mention here this is the 29-year-old Kohli’s 4th hundred in the longest format this year in 10 Tests. This is also the 59 th international hundred for the century machine. In this calendar year He has also made over 1,000 runs so far. Kohali earlier hit hundred in the long format in the second innings of the third Test against England.

Kohli has now become the fastest Indian to reach 24 Test century since Australia’s Sir Don Bradman, achieved the land mark in 66 innings. Kohali scored this 24 test ton in 123 innings while the former India cricketer Sachin Tendulkar scored 24 Test centuries in 125 innings .This is the 17th ton of Kohali as captain and 2nd fastest to 24 Test ton in India. Now India has scored 450 runs on Day 2 .
