Since the row that was highlighted while the resignation of ex-Infosys CEO Vishal Sikka, Infosys regularly coming up with something that retains it into the controversial era. This time, Company’s Co-founder, Narayan Murthy, skipped the Annual General Meeting(ANG) for the second consecutive year.
Notably, the first time he missed the annual meet in 2017. Other co-founders including Nandan Nilekani and S Gopalakrishnan were also found missing in the important event.
Last time the serious disputes between Murthy and other board members including then company CEO Vishal Sikka are considered as the reason of officials absence. Reasons for this year are still unknown. On current relations of board members Non-executive Chairman of the techno company, Nandan Nilekani yesterday stated that Infosys is well organized and “everyone is united”. Further, the well-wisher of the company added that “Our priority is to get our strategy right under the leadership of Salil Parekh.”
Notably, making up the differences between the board member and the founder Murthy, Nandan worked as a mediator and helped the company and its member to come over the difficulties that were intervening the company’s performance in marked and resulting as a decremented cause of the brand value.
