The most expensive place in the world of office location is the Hong Kong Central, where the annual rent per square foot is $ 306.57. Hong Kong is ranked as the most expensive place for the second consecutive year.

In terms of expensive space, the second and third positions are respectively London (West End) and Beijing's Financial Street.
