Facebook's instant messaging app WhatsApp now focuses on the business tool. Before that, screenshots and reports of Whatsapp services related to business were coming. But now the company has officially announced it. The company has said in its blog post that Whatsapp will test the new feature.

The company has said, 'We are testing new tools that run on FreeWhatSap Business App. It has been made keeping in mind the small and big companies. These will be global companies such as e-commerce and airlines'

According to reports, Whatsapp wants to make money through this tool now. Because for some time WhatsApp started taking money from users. But later it was closed.

Whatsapp is not currently showing ads on your platform. That's why the company is now looking at earning through business tools.

Users will be able to setup direct communication with companies from a yellow chat box in the coming time. It will be impossible to delete this chat message but users will be able to block companies in case of no talk.

According to the Factor Daily report, WhatsApp has started testing this feature in India. This service has reportedly been launched with Book My Show. Book My Show has sent confirmation of ticket booking to its users. A user has also shared screenshots on Twitter.

In the message written in the screenshot, the company has informed the user that we will send you the confirmation of the tickets in this chatting app. If you do not want a message, then send it to STOP.

According to the reports, apart from Book My Show, Whatsapp cab provider Ola and hotel company are also preparing to join hands with Oyo. In the coming days, Ola's customers can start receiving OTP and invoices at the Whatsapp.

This feature will have many benefits directly to the customers. If companies want to provide customer support through Whatsapp, then they can give it. In such a situation, you will be able to complain only on WhatsApp. For information about any products, ask questions from that company's WhatsApp Handle.
