We often make new year's resolutions whenever a new year comes right? All we start planning that we will do this and that bla.. blaa...  but have ever we applied that rules that we have made I think the answer will be 'No'. But here we have brought you some easy life resolutions for you that is very easy to apply and you too will agree with this. Must follow the below principals in your New Year 2018 and I hope you will not regret it later. 

Keep it Simple :

You can set compact, manageable goals to begin with. If you envision yourself building an Eiffel Tower with the lego set you have handy, it goes without saying disappointment won't be far off.

Don't compare :

It is so common that what may work for your friend or neighbor may not work that effectively for you, simply because you carry a  different person who has a totally different socio-psychological framework.

Start with Yourself : 

Regardless of the fact whether you are single or in a relationship, start with improving yourself. Look inwards, introspect, ask yourself a couple of candid questions - Am I truly happy with myself? What is it that I can improve? This brings us to another vital issue - Time Management. Unless you set aside a part of the day for yourself, it's next to impossible to build a happy, wholesome lifestyle! Grab some time out for yourself - now.

Get Spiritual :  

Stress is the freshest and surest for we all have to encounter in some avatar or the other in our super-busy lifestyles. But is an antidote - it's called Meditation. This doesn't necessarily imply shelling out hundreds of dollars for the latest Yoga Class. The beauty of meditation is in the fact that you can practice the same at home, or even in your workplace. Not only does it calm the mind, it even helps in improving your overall health.

Open Your Heart :

Do involved in your local community, get in touch with a Charity or Not-for-Profit organization that serves children, the elderly or even animals - if you are a nature lover. You should go and meet them once a week and devote your time selflessly. 

Disconnect to Reconnect :

Turn off your handheld devices more frequently and step outdoors without them for a while every day. 

Contentment is the key :

While the purpose of setting targets and goals is to keep us on our toes and make us continually change and upgrade in your life, it's equally great to know where to draw the line. 

Keep Notes - and Motivate Yourself :

Whatever the resolution you set, be it losing weight or learning a hobby, keep track of your progress and don't forget to reward yourself whenever you do achieve a milestone.
