In this era of smart technology and health gadgets, there are many gadgets available in the market for better health care, which can take care of your health. Oura, a startup company of Finland, has launched such a smart ring, which can be worn on the finger like a normal ring.

The special thing about this smart-ring is that the ring will keep an eye on sleeping habits and activities in the body. This ring works on the lines of Smart Fit band. This smart ring has used three types of special sensors, which will monitor the changes in users' body.

These sensors include Infrared LED, 3D Accelerometer and NTC Body Temperature.  This smart ring is designed in such a way that it can be worn easily throughout the day. These rings become activated only after wearing the fingers.

Many things, including heart rate, respiratory rate, physical activity, body temperature, can be recorded with this smart ring. This ring can be wirelessly charged. After charging this, the battery life of this smart ring is about 7 days. Pre-booking of smarting has started on Oura website, which will be delivered by April 2018. Different features in this ring can be easily managed from Oura App. The smart ring price is about 19,400 rupees.
