On Thursday, the multi-brand loyalty program, PAYBACk has declared the appointment of Rijish Raghavan as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). Rijish Raghavan will be handling the companies operations in India. 

Rijish Raghavan will continue to lead the business development and partner management portfolios. He will be taking on additional responsibilities that would encompass business intelligence and compliance.

Earlier, Rijish also worked with the companies like American Express and Cox and Kings. Since from last four years, he has been working for PAYBACK in leading business development and driving growth. He served as a Vice President in the company.

During an interview with ANI, Rijish said that he has been fortunate to be part of PAYBACK's journey in India and he is also excited to take on this new role. This achievement will help to drive the next phase of growth for the business. It will help the brand achieve many milestones.

He further added that he is committed to bringing in new ideas that will lead to fulfilment of business objectives of our shareholders and partners. Along with this, he will be creating more rewarding experiences for our members.
