NEW DELHI: The well-built relationship between PM Narendra Modi and his counterpart Benjamin Netanyahu was center of attention on Monday as the Israeli prime minister called PM Modi a "revolutionary leader" who had transformed India-Israel alliance.

Israeli premier also said that the Indian PM reciprocated, remarkable steps with cooperation in agriculture, science and defense.

"You are a revolutionary leader and you are revolutionizing India. You are catapulting this magnificent state into the future. And you have revolutionized the relations between Israel and India,” PM Netanyahu said after meeting with PM Modi.

Engraving with same style and to put emphasis on union of Indian and Israeli welfares, PM Modi asserted, "I have a reputation for being impatient to get results and so do you, PM Netanyahu. We will strengthen our cooperation in areas that affect the lives of our people — agriculture, science and technology and defense."

The outlook was uttered repeatedly and more concretely at the India-Israel business meeting later in the day in which the 'I4Fund call for proposal website' for mutual research and development projects launched.

"I welcome Israeli companies to come take advantage of the liberal FDI in India's defense sector," PM Modi said.

There is an attractive tag line of the India-Israel project as 'know how to show how'. This project  is wished-for to fund reasonable technological innovations in sectors like water, agriculture, energy and digital technologies.
