PM Modi reaches Arunachal Pradesh on a day-long visit to the state

Arunachal Pradesh: PM Modi reached Arunachal Pradesh on a day-long visit to the state. Here PM Narendra Modi will inaugurate various projects in Itanagar,  today including Dorjee Khandu State Convention Centre. He will also address two rallies in Tripura later today.

The Centre has an auditorium, conference halls, and an exhibition hall.

He will also dedicate to the nation the state civil secretariat building. The newly erected Secretariat building in the state capital is a big step in Prime Minister's spotlight on the information revolution track.

The building will have digital technology at its central part and will have 2,500 officers and other employees. It will give a huge heighten to the speed of administrative work in the state.

In Arunachal Pradesh for the infrastructure development, Prime Minister will also inaugurate auditorium which can seat over a thousand people and Built at a cost of Rs. 70 crore,. He will lay the foundation stone of the academic block of the Tomo Riba Institute of Health and Medical Science. The coming academic session will see MBBS classes commencing.

The college has a 300 bedded hospital linked to it which will soon be hiked to 500.

It was in February 2015 when Prime Minister Narendra Modi traveled to Arunachal Pradesh for the first time. From Arunachal Pradesh, Prime Minister Modi will proceed to Tripura where he will address several rallies ahead of Assembly polls.
